The Maghreb Investment and Foreign Trade Bank (BMICE)

Established by an agreement signed by the Presidency Council at its third session (Ras Lanouf, 10-11 March 1991)

Objective: To contribute to the construction of a competitive and integrated Maghreb economy, to carry out joint projects, to promote inter-Maghreb trade and to strengthen investment and the movement of goods and capital between Maghreb countries.

Its capital: 500 million dollars divided among the five member countries of WBU, its declared capital must be subscribed at the time of its creation and amounts to one hundred and fifty million dollars divided equally among the five member countries.

Its headquarters are in Tunis
