The Secretary-General of the Arab Maghreb Union, Dr. Taieb Baccouche, Professor and thinker Mohamed Mustafa Kabbaj, received on Friday 10 November 2017 at the Secretariat General in Rabat (Kingdom of Morocco).
The meeting dealt with educational and cultural issues related to the activity and prospects of the Arab Maghreb Union.
